1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Scenes AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including individual creators and team accounts.

2. Description of Service

Scenes AI is an AI-powered video generation platform that transforms text prompts into videos through a multi-stage production pipeline. The Service includes AI image generation, voice synthesis, music generation, video composition, project management, and team collaboration features.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Scenes AI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

4. Content Ownership & License

Your Content: You retain ownership of the text prompts you provide. Subject to the terms of your subscription plan, you own the rights to the AI-generated images, videos, and audio created through your use of the Service.

License to Us: By using the Service, you grant Scenes AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service, including transmitting prompts to third-party AI providers.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by AI may be similar to content generated for other users. We do not guarantee exclusivity of AI-generated outputs.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Scenes AI to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
  • Generate explicit, violent, or hateful content
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond approved APIs
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties

6. Subscription & Billing

Scenes AI offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Credit-based features (video generation, AI processing) consume credits according to the pricing displayed at the time of use.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods or unused credits unless required by applicable law.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. AI generation results may vary in quality and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scenes AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your content before termination. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
