Account Information: When you create a Scenes AI account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign up via a third-party provider (Google, GitHub), we receive basic profile information from that provider.

Content You Create: We store the text prompts, generated images, audio, and videos you create through our platform to deliver and improve our services.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with Scenes AI, including pages visited, features used, generation settings, and performance metrics.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processors (Stripe). We do not directly store your credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Scenes AI platform
  • To process your video generation requests through our AI pipeline
  • To send service-related communications and updates
  • To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and abuse
  • To analyze usage patterns and improve our AI models and user experience

3. AI-Generated Content

Your text prompts are sent to third-party AI providers (including but not limited to OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and Stability AI) to generate images, video, audio, and music. These providers process your prompts under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

We do not use your content or prompts to train our own AI models without your explicit consent. Generated content is stored in your account and is accessible only to you and your team members.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

  • AI Service Providers: Your prompts and settings are sent to AI providers to generate content
  • Payment Processors: Billing information is shared with Stripe for payment processing
  • Team Members: Projects and content are shared with members of your team workspace
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and generated content for as long as your account is active. You can delete your projects at any time. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
